3/4 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 T. chili powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 pkg (10 oz) corn
1 c. diced green pepper
1 15oz can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1 c. rice
1/2 c. shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef and onions, add spices, corn, green pepper, tomato sauce and water. Cover and bring to boil. Stir in rice, reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
