"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
1 bag frozen chicken breast (approximately 8) 3 Cups of Cheddar Cheese Shredded 2 Cups of Chopped Walnuts 2 tbs. of Celery Seed 1 Jar of Light Mayonnaise Dash of Onion Powder
Boil chicken in large pot for approximately 1 hour (or until very tender). Drain and let cool. Once cool, chop chicken with food processor. It will be very fine. Mix in large bowl; chicken, cheddar cheese, walnuts, celery seed and onion powder and mayonnaise (you can add more if you like it creamier). Serve on wheat thin chips. It's great served warm or cold.
