3 lbs. Flank or Minute steak - (ask meat person to tenderize it twice)
Rondele' Spreadable Cheese - (found in dairy section; Garlic and Herb flavor)
Bread Crumbs
Dijon Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Lay the steak out flat. Spread with Rondele' Spreadable Cheese. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and a small amount of Dijon mustard. Roll steak and stick with toothpicks to hold it together. Cut into 1 1/2 inch sections. Grill 6 - 7 minutes per side. Take toothpicks out before serving, or remind guests to be aware that they are in the meat.
