Ingredients:  
1 lb. ground meat
1/2 soup can of milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 Tablespoons Sherry Wine
1/2 grated onion
1 egg
salt & pepper to taste
handful of cornflakes (crumbled by hand)
flour to roll meatballs in to brown

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients & shape into balls.
Roll in flour. Brown in skillet. When brown, place meatballs into casserole dish.

Pour following mixture over meatballs:
1 can mushroom soup, 1/2 soup can milk & 3 Tablespoons of Sherry wine.

Heat mixture in skillet where meatballs were browned & then pour into casserole dish.

Bake 350º for 45 minutes - uncovered
