3 lbs. lean ground beef, browned
2 cups finely chopped celery
1 green pepper finely chopped
1/4 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
3 tsp. salt
12 oz. bottle chili sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar

Combine ingredients and simmer for 45 minutes. Serve on hamburger buns.
