Ingredients:  
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 stick butter or oleo
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup shredded coconut
1 9 inch unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine sugar and melted butter (need only mix with a spoon).
Add flour, vanilla and one egg at a time.
Add pineapple and coconut, mix well.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350º 50 minutes or until golden brown.
