2 bags medium frozen shrimp, tail off
ketchup
Fanta orange soda
1 chopped onion
2 chopped jalapenos
2 chopped tomatoes
chopped cilantro
soy sauce (about a tablespoon0
hot sauce (as desired)
1 or 2 chopped avocados

Directions:
Directions:
Defrost shrimp under running water.
Cover with ketchup. Splash in Fanta soda, half a cup or so to taste.
Add rest of ingredients and stir. Add ketchup and soda to your taste and consistency.

Jennifer developed this recipe after eating this dish many times at the Taqueria in Waco. Can make the day before but don't add avocado until ready to serve. It's really good the second day.
