2 small packages instant vanilla pudding
4 bananas
12 oz. Cool Whip, thawed (I use Extra Creamy Cool Whip)
Lorna Doone Shortbread cookies or Pepperidge Farms Chessman Shortbread cookies

Directions:
Directions:
Fix the pudding according to package directions and let set.
Add 1/2 of Cool Whip to pudding mixture.
Start layering with cookies, then sliced bananas, pudding, Cool Whip. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.

You need to eat it all up at first serving because it doesn't keep well! That's usually not a problem anyway! I love this recipe because it is light and not so very rich!
