1 lb hamburger
1/2 lb bacon
1 C corn meal
1/3 C corn oil
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 tsp soda
1 can cream style corn
1 medium onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped
1/2 lb grated cheddar cheese
1 sm can chopped chilis

Directions:
Directions:
Fry and crumble hamburger and mix well with all ingredients. Put into a cold cast iron skillet and add bacon on top. Bake at 350º for around 45 minutes. Serve immediately.
Very good by itself, or serve with a green salad, refried beans, or other items you enjoy.
