Ingredients:  
1 lb hamburger
1/2 C bread crums
1/4 C chopped onions
1/2 C whole milk
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
3 T butter

GRAVY: 1/4 C butter, 1/4 C flour, 2 1/4 C buttermilk, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 T sugar,
1 1/2 tsp dry mustard, 1 egg beaten, 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingred., except butter and shape into balls. Brown in butter. Remove from skillet. Keep warm. Pour off grease.
Combine ingredients to make gravy. When thick, add meatballs and simmer until flavors are blended.
Serve with mash potatoes and vegetable...Yum!
