8 ounces cream cheese (block)
3⁄4 lb. cooked bay shrimp (2 cups) (can substitute crab)
3⁄4 cup seafood cocktail sauce (homemade recipe below)
1 green onion, sliced

* Cocktail Sauce
1/2 Cup Ketchup
1/8 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp. Tabasco Sauce
1 tsp. Horseradish Sauce
Mix all ingredients together. Add additional ingredients to taste/spiciness.

Serve with crackers of your choice.
* Use store bought if in a hurry, or use Cocktail Sauce Recipe listed in Appetizers

Place cream cheese onto a 9-inch pie plate or shallow bowl.
Toss shrimp (can substitute crab) with cocktail sauce.
Spoon over cream cheese.
Top with green onions.
