1/4 cup spicy Harissa, for a flavor booster
1/4 cup cilantro
1/4 cup scallions

2 kinds fresh greens or bag salad lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
Once that mixture is whisked, it’s ready to be tossed with Sunny’s kale salad, which is studded with juicy chicken and grapes.

Instead of harissa; use Korean BBQ sauce, sambal Asian spice, Gochuhang pepper paste, chipotle in Adobe sauce, jams or fig jam, sun dried tomato paste.
