1 can croissants
1 package of sausage
8 eggs
Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain. While sausage is draining, roll croissants out onto deep cookie pan - if you are using the true croissants, pinch perferations together or you can use the croissant sheet. Pour sausage over croissant sheet and spread out. Scramble 8 eggs and pour over sausage. Pour cheese over eggs. Bake according to croissant package - I think 350º for about 15 minutes.

You can add whatever you would like to this like bacon, saute mushrooms, onions, peppers, whatever. Just not too much. Keep it simple. Great breakfast or dinner!!
