2-3 lbs. ground meat
1 small onion, diced or dried onion flakes
1 egg
1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
2 T. Worcesteshire
dashes of Tabasco
salt and pepper
garlic powder
Tony's
parsley flakes
oregano
thyme
basil
grated Parmesan
ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Form the meat into a loaf and place in a casserole dish. Squeeze more ketchup over the top of the meat. Cook covered for about 1 hour and then cook uncovered for about 20 minutes. Serve with cooked potatoes and carrots that have been seasoned with Italian dressing.
