1 or 1½ dates (diced)

½ lb. candied cherries

½ lb. candied pineapple

1 qt. pecans

1 c. butter

1½ c. sugar

2 eggs

2½ c. sifted all purpose flour

1 tsp. soda

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Chop fruits and nuts in small pieces.

Mix butter, sugar, and eggs.

Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon together and add to mixture above. Use a real large bowl. Then mix in your fruit and nuts using your hands or a strong spoon. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet and bake at 350º for 10 minutes.
