1c flour
1t salt
1cup milk
2 well beaten eggs
Roast beef drippings

Directions:
Directions:
To milk and eggs add dry ingredients and beat with rotary beater until smooth. Put in bottom of roasting pan with 1/4 cup drippings
Bake at 425 for 30 minutes

My mom never made a roast beef without Yorkshire pudding, and Papa got the end cut.
