Cake:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 box orange jello
4 eggs
2/3 cup water
2/3 cup wesson oil
2 tsp. orange extract

Frosting:
1/3 cup butter, softened
2T. grated orange rind (opt.)
1 egg yolk
3 cups sifted powdered sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Mix together cake mix and jello. Add wesson oil and eggs and mix until well-blended. Add water and extract and beat until smooth. Bake in 2-9" layer or a tube pan. Bake at 350º for 45 min.

Frosting:
Cream butter, rind, and yolk. Add powdered sugar and orange juice alternately, blending until smooth and of spreading consistency. All lemon juice. Frost cake when cooled.
