2 cans chicken broth
1 can vegetable broth
4 potatoes, peeled and chopped
3 carrots chopped
3 stalks celery chopped
1 red pepper chopped
½ tsp. thyme
salt and pepper to taste

2 cans corn, drained
8 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 pt. half and half

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except the corn,cheese, and half and half. Bring to boil and then simmer until the vegetable are tender. Mash the vegetables slightly.
Add the corn, cheese and half and half and stir until the cheese melts.
