1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened.
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 C Lemon juice
1 t Vanilla
2 4 oz. packages single serve graham cracker crust.
Assorted fresh fruit and berries ( kiwi, strawberry, blackberry,
blueberry, canned mandarin oranges, etc.)

Beat softened cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in vanilla and lemon juice. Spoon into crusts. Put fruit of choice on tops of tarts and chill for two hours or until completely set.
