Ingredients: 17 Oreos crushed 3 tbsp. melted butter 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 pint Chocolate ice cream, softened 2 tbsp. Kahlua or other coffee-flavored liqueur 2 tbsp. Crème de Cacao (Dark) Fudge sauce (recipe follows) sweetened whipped cream or Cool Whip
Fudge Sauce 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup granulated sugar 3/4 cup heavy cream 1/4 cup light corn syrup 2 tbsp. butter 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 1 tbsp. cream

Directions:Crush Oreos and mix in melted butter. Press into a 9 in. pie pan. Soften ice cream in refrigerator for about 20 min. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese with booze until light and fluffy. Fold ice cream into the cream cheese. Spread half of this mixture evenly in Oreo crust and return the remaining ice cream mixture to the freezer. Top first layer of the pie with half the fudge sauce and freeze for about 1 hr. Soften remaining ice cream and spread over the now firm first layer. Mound the ice cream in the center as necessary. Top with the rest of the fudge. Cover loosely and freeze overnight or at least 4 hrs. Decorate with whipped cream, and warm fudge sauce.
Sauce: Combine chocolate, sugars, heavy cream, and corn syrup in bowl and microwave about 3 min., whisking every 30 to 60 sec. When the mixture has thickened somewhat, whisk in last three ingredients.
