4 c. dry milk
1 1/4 c. cocoa
6 oz. or 1 c. non dairy creamer
1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar OR 1 1/2 c. Splenda OR 3/4 c. both

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Measure out 3-4 tablespoons into cup and add boiling water and stir.
