3 - 4 lb. beef roast
3/4 liter of burgundy wine
1 onion (thinly sliced)
1 beef bouillon
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 bay leaf
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 can French onion soup

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in crock pot. Cover and cook all day, or minimum of 8 hours.
