1 head cauliflower, cut up
1 c. frozen peas, rinsed and drained
1 small red onion, sliced
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 bag shredded sharp cheddar cheese
tomato cut in chunks
sour cream
mayonnaise
dry ranch dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all vegetables and cheese (I use sliced radishes rather than water chestnuts). Mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, and dry ranch dressing. Combine with the vegetables and mix well. Refrigerate.
