2 tablespoon flour
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

Melt butter in pan add the flour & while stirring add the milk
Stir till it boils & thickens
Add the salt & pepper

You can add fryed breakfast sausage to gravy & serve over biscuits
You can add cheese to make a cheese sauce
You can also serve over noodles
