1 lb pasta
2 cups broccoli
1/4 cup olive oil
6 oz chicken broth
4 lge garlic cloves, crushed
6 scallions
8 small plum tomatoes, diced
1 tbsp fresh basil
2 tbsp parsley fresh
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut broccoli,steam or boil until tender (not soft). Heat oil, lightly saute sauce and scallions until golden. Add tomatoes. Add chicken stock and spices. Bring to boil. Simmer for 10 minutes. Cook Cavetelli. Drain. Add cooked broccoli to chicken stock mixture. Pour over cooked cavetelli. Sprinkle with grated cheese
