1/2 green pepper (chopped)
1 medium onion (chopped)
2 tbsp. mustard
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp brown sugar
3/4 c ketchup
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

Mix all ingredients then add 2 cups water.
Cook 15 minutes
Add wieners & cook till wieners are hot all the way through.

This sauce is good on top of mashed potatoes

Grandma Shetler used to triple this recipe & put in mason pint jars & put jars in big canner of just enough water to cover the jars & boil for 20 minutes. Then take the jars out of the cooker & set the jars upside down till they were cold & this would seal the jars. We carried them down to the basement & put them on the shelve then we just needed to open the jars & warm the sauce with the wieners.
