1 (3--4 lb) chuck roast
1 small can beef broth (14 oz)
1 can beer
1 jar pepperoncini peppers (If you like it spicier, add the juice)
1 or 2 onions
Salt & pepper
Garlic powder
Crushed oregano
8 hard rolls or sub buns

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sprinkle both sides of the meat with the spices; lay sliced onions and peppers on top of meat. Pour broth, pepper juice and beer over it.
2. Cover with foil and bake at 300º for four hours. Let cool. Or put into a crock pot on low for up to 8 hours.
3. Shred meat and skim off fat, if desired. May be refrigerated until ready to serve.
4. Heat and serve over rolls with the peppers and onions.
