M&M Peanut Cookies Recipe

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. Crisco
2 eggs
2 c. + 4 T. flour
2 handfuls salted peanuts
Peanut M&M's

Mix together sugars, vanilla, soda and salt. Cut in Crisco until dry ingredients are moist. Mix in eggs. Add flour. When mixed, add peanuts.
Take approximately 1 T. of dough and roll in a couple M&M's. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until light brown.
