1 lb. lump crabmeat
2/3 cup chopped green pepper
roll crushed Ritz crackers
1/3 cup mayo
1/3 cup fresh white corn off the cob (or frozen)
2 tsp. worchestershire sauce
2 oz. jar diced pimiento, minced
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except the crabmeat. Carefully fold in crab. Be careful to leave crab in large chunks. Carefully shape into patties about the size of an oreo cookie in a manner that does not destroy the crab chunks and place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with paprika. May be frozen before baking and stored in zip lock freezer bags.

Bake at 500 degrees for approx 10 minutes.
