Ingredients:  
1 bag Spring mix lettuce
1/2 to 1 full head iceberg lettuce
1 pint strawberries, quartered
1 small can mandarin oranges
1 very small papaya, diced (save the seeds)
4 oz. feta cheese
1/2 c. walnuts or pecans

Dressing:
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. white wine vinegar
1/4 t. dry mustard
1/4 t. salt
2 T. chopped onion
Seeds from papaya
1/4 c. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
For dressing, blend all ingredients together except oil. Add oil to blender slowly to thicken dressing. Toss all ingredients together just before serving. (Serves 8-10)
