I chopped onion
1 stick butter
8 oz. of Velveeta cheese
1 c of creme of celery
1 c creme of mushroom
2 c of chicken broth
5 lbs. of potatoes
1 c of cheddar cheese, milk

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and cut into small pieces. Place potatoes in large pot and bring to a boil. While potatoes are boiling melt butter and saute' onion. Drain potatoes. Mix all other ingredients in pot. Bring items to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Add milk, salt, and pepper to taste.
