1 c butter
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 c flour
2 c instant oatmeal
Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, sugar & vanilla until fluffy (I do 4 min.). Mix flour,l soda & oats together then blend into butter mixture. Cover and chill for 1-2 hour.

Bake 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees on ungreased cookie sheet.
