1 can refried beans
1 bunch scallions-sliced
1 can olives-chop
3-4 plum tomatoes
8 oz shredded chedder cheeses
sour cream
taco seasoning

Mash avocado and mix with lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.

Combine sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning

Spread-refried beans on bottom, avocado mix, sour cream mix, scallions, olives, tomatoes, shredded cheese.
