16 tbsp butter
3 large egg
2 cups mozzarella part skim, shredded
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup bread crumbs
1 box potato buds (4 cups)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350 degrees.

Follow instructions and make mash potatoes. Add butter and well beaten eggs into potato bowl. Add cheese and mix, salt and pepper to taste. Grease baking pan and place potato mix in dish. Make a smooth surface.

Mix bread crumbs and melted butter and sprinkle on top of potato mix.

Bake for one hour until top is brown.
