3 med. potatoes
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 2 quart casserole with cooking spray. Thinly slice the potatoes. Layer the potato slices and cheese. Pour milk (I use non-fat) over the potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover with plastic wrap. Poke vent holes. Microwave on high for 10 to 12 minutes, rotating the dish 3 times.
