1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 tsp minced garlic
1 cup diced onion
10 oz package fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 (10.75 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups beef broth
3 cups dry mini penne
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
4 oz cream cheese, cut into small pieces

Set your instant pot on the saute setting. Brown the ground beef with the garlic and drain off the excess fat. Saute the onions and mushrooms and add ground beef, mushroom soup, beef broth, penne pasta, salt & pepper. Stir

Place the lid on pressure cooker and lock in place. Pressure cook for 6 minutes on high. Release the pressure and remove the lid. Fold in cream cheese until melted.
