2 - bags Success Rice boil-in bags
Corn:
1 - bag (12 oz.) Bird's Eye Steam Fresh Southwestern Corn
OR
1 - can (11 oz.) Green Giant Southwestern Style Corn (drained)
1 - can (16 oz.) pinto or black beans (drained)
3 - tsp. taco seasoning (more or less to suit taste)
1/2 cup medium thick & chunky salsa
Sour cream
Cheddar or Mexican shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare rice & corn to package directions,
Mix beans,corn, taco seasoning and salsa and heat in microwave until hot (about 1 min.).
Add rice and mix.
Top servings with cheese and sour cream.
