Mayonnaise
Sweet Pickle Relish
Yellow Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
1. Carefully drop quail eggs into rapidly boiling water.
2. Let boil for about 2 minutes then turn heat OFF and let sit for about 10 minutes.
2. Remove eggs from hot water into a bath of ice water until cold.
3. Peel away shell, wash, and split in half, removing the yolk to a mixing bowl.
4. Mix mayonnaise, mustard and pickle relish to taste.
5. Fill halved whites with mixture and serve.
