3/4 cup butter or margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. water
2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 cup flour
3 cups rolled oats
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Cream first 6 ingredients on medium speed until light and fluffy.
Combine dry ingredients.
Blend with wet ingredients on low until blended.
Drop on greased baking sheets.
Press flat for crispy or leave round for chewy.
Bake and 300º for 10 minutes or until brown.Don't overbake!
Makes 3 to 4 dozen.
