1 bowl meatball recipe
1 box jumbo stuffing shells
2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
1 cup parmesan cheese grated
1 pkg sliced pepperoni
2 hard boiled eggs chopped
4 cups tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Make meatballs recipe. Do not roll into balls. Boil jumbo stuffing shells as directed on package (do not overcook). Stuff shells with meatball mixture and place in baking pan. Sprinkle each layer with mozzarella and parmesan cheese (add sliced pepperoni and sliced hard boiled eggs if desired). Cover each layer with sauce and bake covered for 1 hours at 350. Shells may also be filled with ricotta stuffing as follows: Season ricotta by mixing in 2 eggs per pound of ricotta parsley; salt and pepper to taste. Cover each layer with sauce and bake at 350 for 1 hrs.
