Directions:
Brown 3 lbs ground beef with diced onions, parsley, basil, salt and pepper to taste. Beat 4 eggs into 3 lbs. Ricotta cheese and add parsley and salt to taste. Cook noodles (2 lbs) per package directions making sure not to overcook. You will need at least 4 lbs of mozzarella cheese (shredded) and grated parmesan cheese to taste. This should make two 9x13 pans. Layer sauce; noodles; ground beef; ricotta; mozzarella and parmesan, repeat.Cover and bake at 350 for one hour, more time will be needed if frozen and/or refrigerated prior to baking. Also spray the tin foil with cooking spray and make two or three small slits to allow the steam to escape. If Lasagna is made and frozen prior to baking cover with plastic wrap and then tin foil. Remember to remove wrap leaving only tin foil before baking.
