1 box jiffy corn bread mix
2 10oz. frozen chopped broccoli
4 eggs beaten
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. cheddar cheese grated
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. onions chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9 x 13 dish. Cook brocoli by directions and drain. Combine cornbread, eggs, butter, cheese, sour cream, brocoli, onion. Mix well. Bake at 400 for 40 minutes.

Serve cold or hot. If hot top with mushroom sauce or sauted mushrooms and parsley.
