Directions:
Make a recipe of water whipped pie crust and divide into 2 parts.
Roll each piece out thin and brush with butter. Spread on any kind of jelly almost to the edges. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
If it is really large cut it in half. Start rolling at wider end, pinching edges to help hold jelly in. Lay on sprayed cookie sheet with the seam on the bottom. Bake in 350 oven until golden brown.
Take out of oven and put on a clean cookie sheet and glaze immediately while still hot with: Powdered Sugar, Almond or Vanilla Extract, Water or Coffee
