1 1/2 cups Oat Meal
1 cup Chocolate Chips
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup + 2 T. Brown Sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter (melted)
2 Eggs
1 t. Vanilla
1/2 t. Baking Soda
1/4 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Plug in waffle iron and let heat up. Grease ( I use cooking spray)

2. In large bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar, then whisk in eggs and vanilla until smooth.

3. In separate bowl, mix together flour, baking soda,and salt, then add wet ingredients back in.

4. Fold in oats and chocolate chips into cookie batter just until mixed.

5. Place a heaping Tablespoon of cookie dough into each quarter of the hot waffle iron,
