1 cup butter;
1 cup white sugar;
1 cup light brown sugar;
2 eggs;
2 tbls milk;
1-1/2 tsp vanilla;
1-1/2 cups flour;
1 tsp baking soda;
1/2 tsp salt;
4 cups oats;
1 cup raisins;
1 (12 oz) bag of butterscotch baking chips;
dash of cinnamon

Directions:

Cream sugars and butter; add vanilla, milk and eggs. Slowly mix in dry ingredients; adding raisins and chips last. Blend well. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375 degrees for about 8 min. Test first batch and see how they turn out - it depends on size of cookie and your oven.

You can also bake this batter in a 9" X 13" baking pan for 35 - 40 min. Check with cake tester at 35 min.
