2 Egg Whites
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 6 oz bag of Chocolate Chips
1 tsp. Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º Grease cookie sheet
Beat egg whites until foamy. Add sugar very slowly until it becomes very stiff. Gently fold in the vanilla, then gently fold in the chocolate chips. Place about a Tablespoon size onto your greased cookie sheet. (you can put pretty close together because they don't rise).
Put cookies in the oven
TURN OFF OVEN. and leave the cookies in oven overnight.

I got this recipe from a friend a very long time ago. When I saw it, I thought really? But once I tried them I was hooked. Simple can sometimes be awesome. Beware though! They are somewhat addicting.
