1 8 oz. package cream cheese 4 Tbs. mayo 2 cups chopped cooked chicken 1 1/2 cups chopped almonds 3 Tbs. chopped chutney 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. curry powder 1 cup grated coconut
Blend cheese and mayo. Saute almonds in one tablespoon butter. Add almonds, chicken, chutney, salt and curry to cream chhese mixture. Shape into small balls. Roll in coconut. Chill until ready to serve.-
