1 c. soft butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla

2 T. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix butter, sugar, & the egg thoroughly with electric hand mixer. Next, add the flour, baking powder & vanilla. Chill Dough. Roll into small balls.

Roll the balls in the cinnamon mixture. Note: you may need to make additional cinnamon mixture.

Preheat oven to 400. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Do not brown. Cookies are done when still slightly soft.
