1 medium onion, chopped
6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 t celery salt
1 cup mayonnaise
1 t. white pepper
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/4 cup boiling water
2 pkgs unflavored gelatin
1 (3 1/2 OZ) jar red caviar
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix onion, eggs, celery salt, pepper and mayo. Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water. Add gelatin and let dissolve completely. Add to mayo mixture. Chill 20-30 minutes.or until partially set. Beat well. Add caviar and stir to combine. Fold in whipped cream. Our into 4 cup mold. Chill well.
