48 Mushrooms (Stems removed reserve 20 stems minced fine),
1/2 cup Flat leaf parsley ( Chopped Fine),
8 Large Garlic cloves ( Minced Fine),
1/2 tsp. Kosher salt,
1/2 tsp.Black pepper,
1/4 -1/2 cup Olive oil ( reserve some for drizzling),
2 1/2 cups Italian style bread crumbs,
1/2 cup Grated cheese,

Preheat oven 375
1. On low sided pan place cleaned mushrooms.
2. In a medium bowl add bread crumbs,salt,pepper, minced garlic, grated cheese, chopped parsley.
3. Mix well.
4. Add finely minced mushroom stems, and 1/2 of the olive oil mix well.
5. Stuff mushrooms with bread crumb mixture use teaspoon.
6. Drizzle with remained olive oil.
7. Bake until golden brown.
